Product Description
Hypotubes provide essential performance characteristics that enable access and delivery within the vasculature. It can provide performance including folding, push, torque and so on.
A hypotube is a long metal capillary that is an important component of a minimally invasive catheter that is used in conjunction with a balloon and stent to open an arterial blockage. The balloon portion of the catheter is attached to the distal hypotube. The hypotube enters the body and pushes the balloon along the long, tortuous blood vessel toward the blockage of the artery. In this process, our hypotubes are kink-resistant, bend-resistant, and can smoothly move through the human body structure, tracking, and turning.
Product Specifications:
• Outside Diameter: 0.3-5mm
• Inner Diameter: 0.1-3mm
• Longest Length: 3m
• Processing Accuracy: ±0.002mm
Raw Materials: Medical grade stainless steel 304L / Nitinol cut pipe / PTFE-coated core wire.
The product is welded from Nitinol cut pipe and PTFE-coated core wire. The nickel-titanium alloy cutting tube at the distal end can effectively transmit the twisting force to the distal end, and the proximal PTFE coating can enhance the tracking and controllability of the guide wire in the microcatheter.
